I think this is actually a cleverly disguised Rorscharch test.

I see a profile of a man in the reflection, smoking a very long and thin cigar.

Yeah, I agree that the reflection is his hand and rod.

Besides if Cheney really were looking at a naked woman does anyone actually believe he'd allow a camera within five counties?

This could be a first for me, but I actually believe his spokeswoman. The "chest" area is where the sleeve ends, the pole coming out of the "thigh" is the rod, and the "legs are formed with Cheney's index finger and thumb.

Whatever... I could care less if Cheney was looking at some naked woman- or watching porn.

Come to think of it, I'd rather that he DID spend his time looking at naked women rather then concocting new schemes in Iraq or Iran (or anywhere else).

We would all be a lot safer.
