Will this send more jobs to China?  I&amp;amp;#39m sure the plants there aren&amp;amp;#39t going to be exactly envionmentally friendly.  This bill may actually ingrease greenhouse gases while raising the energy cost for Americans, deepening unemployment, eroding the manufacturing base, and worsening the deficit. Don't see alot of likely Win in this one.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If they really wanted to make a difference in greenhouse gasses that would not hurt the nation, they should have allowed for the expenses to upgrade facilities to meet the new standards be offset 100% by lower corporate taxes.  This would allow for the changes to be made while not threatening American jobs.
