I have to admit that I have no idea how a grown man can bowl a score that low. But guess what? I couldn't care less. His bowling score has no relation to why I voted for him.

I saw a YouTube clip of Teddy Roosevelt bowling. 10 pins were far too easy for him, so he had built up a mass of 50 in his lane. This was still too easy, so he added a raging grizzly bear as a guard in front of the pins. Instead of using a ball, Teddy ran up, grabbed the bear, and through the roaring grizzly right through the pins. Bully!

Since the future will not be determined by those adept at bowling but by those skilled in new technologies,, I would rather the next rpesident be familiar with the "Internets' (I'm quoting someone here) than show prowess in a bowling lane.

Obama is trying. As noted in an article at TNR, Obama just has no experience or knowledge of the white working class whatsoever. No reporter can recall ever seeing him stand at a factory gate and welcome workers...as has HRC famously on the eve of Ohio.

Consequently, in his tour, he is now moving downmarket. Small unmarked van. Hitting bars and factories instead of university campuses and arenas.

Obama needs this experience badly. Yah, he is going to be doing an Urkel as this isn't his deal. But he is putting himself out there. Risky, but necessary.

One has to give Obama, and/or some bright spark on his team, credit.

Actually I watched the actual event on tv last night and it could be Barak Obamas........Michael Dukakis moment. You know, where he dawned the tank helmet and looked like Mel Brooks in Space Balls.

Barak Obama looked totally incompetent. Obviously riding in a tank is not a requirement for being president as is bowling, but when a candidate does anything to make them look human and it ends up making them look like Steve Urkel then its never a positive thing for them.
