DLS · 11 months agoInterestingly, Joe, one of the two books I have by Roger Bootle (an economist) discussed something related to this (the use of technology, the need for simplification and practicality, and the decades-long lag before widespread use, which is never quite as originally foreseen). To Bootle, network access and an affordable interactive television would do wonders for developing nations.
