It really is no big deal, much too little (much too late).  More interesting with the prisons would be what I've read about in a book a year or two ago about problems at some privately-run prisons that involved some of the same people in the news regarding similar problems at Abu Ghraib, and some people of whom went to Guantanamo (managing the facility, or making recommendations about running it, not as prisoners!).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">DLS</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 19 Nov 2008 10:39:01 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
