Virginia native son here.  Jeff Frederick is a complete jack-ass.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Republicans are way too much Frederick and Gilmore, far too little Tom Davis and Tom Rust.  Pragmatism and good governance is being rapidly replaced by anti-tax and pro-life demagogues. The Suprme Court has said that a school cannot have separate admissions standard or procedures for blacks.  So what does Nebraska do?  Also, what does the State Of Nebraska want to deny equal rights to whites without due process.
