It's unfortunate and repulsive, but a fact of life. To factor in voting for or against someone because they may get killed? However, potential and actual change are two different things, and I will definitely be curious as to his appointments if he reaches office.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think that there are a good number of citizens who would support either an X or Y party member in a certain office, as long as they had the credentials to take the job and ability to carry their duties well.
