Actually, the film's ideas are so slanted that its "important ideas" are swamped by silly errors of fact.

I saw Gore's latest "Reason" book remaindered here in Boca recently. Gore is/was a one-trick pony who never did find a public personality----couldn't find the right lipstick to put on his political pig.

Re: DVD Review: An Inconvenient Truth

The book was stupid. The last time I was in St. Louis it was on the 2-for-1 sale table at Borders in Creve Coeur (for those in STL who want a bargain, there you are) and I looked through it and promptly put it down. It's goofy and dumbed down and a classic lib-Dem work: appeal to emotion rather than reason. I got another book instead, something worth my time and expense.
