Toss a coin!!!!- Its as good as anything else and is a lot less complicated and expensive than dragging the disputed ballots into the court system. I'm being facetious but- there really has to be a better way to settle virtual ties.

BTW---imo, NEITHER candidate in the Minnesota Senate race is worth all of this fuss.Coleman has been mediocre in Congress, Franken is the left's Bill O' Reilly. :-)

How about giving them both prorated portions of the Senate seat? Coleman can take the first 3 years,and Franken the last 3. Too bad we couldn't do that in 2000 in Bush v Gore. :-)
