As it is one of two things will happen.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Either Gov. Blagojevich's lawyer will be able to spin out discovery nearly indefinitely, certainly beyond February 12, or he'll have grounds to fight any action by the Illinois House on the grounds of denial of due process.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Barring some dramatic development I think we'll be stuck with Gov. Blagojevich until he's convicted in the federal court or his term expires, whichever comes first.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Dave_Schuler</dc:creator><pubDate>Sun, 28 Dec 2008 20:46:13 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
