We gave Comcast et al the exclusive and they promised to deliver. Now they want to limit us to their offerings or pay more and they balk at delivering the level of broadband enjoyed by such megapowers as Korea and India.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is exactly the same situation as the utility battles in the early 20th century. The utilities didn&amp;amp;#39t want to serve rural customers because they said it was not profitable. The government said, "OK, we&amp;amp;#39ll do it, because getting everyone wired is in the national interest."
