    Perhaps the person who chose the headline (yes, it was shockingly inappropriate) was shaken too much as an infant.

    Joe, the issue exists across the board with any group trying to bring focus to unspeakable harms.

    The jingle-like writing of silly puns in headlines that I believe began with 'free presses' like The Seattle Times, Westword, etc., and then copped by some large newspapers, perhaps is not the issue:

    I can see a headline on this particular subject being 'SHaken but not stirred... How the Legislature Ignores Infant Trauma,' for instance. I am not sure that it's the pun exactly, but the poverty of the punner's ability
