The Moderate Voice: Obama, his horoscope and the world

interesting angle. I know little to nothing about astrology (what I know compared to those who have studied in depth, would fit in a thimble) other than the mythos behind the 12 archetypes that come from my studies in anthro... but I'd be interested to know where "the squares" (sort of equiv to 'bad moon on the right' from the song) are in any chart, suggesting the blind spots.

Astrology or no, the naivetes and undeveloped aspects of a person, the hubrises, (dont know how to spell that in plural) are what block the gifts...and also draw critics and sometimes violent critics. The naive use of gifts, making promises that cannot be kept... are the draws/bait for those who work in darker thought.

Thanks Brij for a delightful article, esp the part about the astrologer who says, "Ganesh says..." The giant east Indian God in form of Indian Elephant, in reality, long domesticated to do incredibly heavy lifting, not always trewated well, often in chains ... revered by HIndus for centuries: Remover of Obstacles, beginning with his own, indeed.

Think quick. What's wrong with this phrase: "A widely respected ... astrologer ..." ?

No court jester is around, but all of your "subjects" are nonetheless waiting to be entertained. Your throne is a seat that is complete with ample blind date uncensored cushioning and a cup holder. Two hours later, the lights are gradually turned back on and the sound of chatting gradually fills the room.
