    I am really surprised at how much this picture, taken out of context, has gotten on some blogs. It just makes those trying to make "something out of nothing" look petty.

    Isn't there enough "real" issues to focus on?

    Oh, and by the way, the teleprompter remarks are really silly too. Let's try to keep our "eyes on the ball".

    My take is even if it IS in context, so the hell what? This is not a sex scandal, or any type of scandal at all. Looking at a pretty, shapely female butt, even a 16 year-old one, is hardly an indication of anything perverse or untowardly.

What is it these days that we are not supposed to pretend that many 16 -17 year old girls are really young women, and are very beautiful to look at, without having to worry about being called a pervert? Why do we even need to defend the President if she is 16, or try to explain away that maybe she really isn't?

    Looking at and appreciating the beauty of youth is very different than pursuing it, after all.

    Agreed and if I may add.... many models which we ogle over in magazines and on TV are young, too. Aren't they considered "over the hill" if they're 25 or so?

    And of course Carrie Prejean as Miss USA was 21.... but she did not just wake up on her 21st birthday and decide she was going to be a model... she was modeling for years.... and those semi-nudie pics were done when she was 17.

    So I totally agree with you. Ooops. I forgot- I also agree- so what if he was?
