The Moderate Voice: OMG! A Palin-Sanford Ticket For 2012

    Palin/Sanford vs Kucinich/Rangel

Palin can see Russia, Kucinich can see a UFO, Sanford can cheat on his wife, and Rangel can cheat on his taxes.

And the rest of us can finally get the guts to vote for a third moderate party.

Even better would be Palin-Bush, two geniuses more articulate, substantive, and in fact valuable than Dowd ever is.

“She marches to the beat of her own drum,"...why do people always act like thats a good and desireable thing? Sometimes when you're in a band, and everyone's job is to march to the beat, if you're marching to your own beat, you don't look "mavericky", you just look crazy.

Obamaniacs are stupid if they already assume Obama will be re-elected. It's even _more_ stupid to think that Palin is a serious contender for the Presidency in 2012. That is true no matter how bad the rest of the GOP is; Palin would also have to be judged against the Dem competition.

But even _more_ stupid and sick than all this is the pathological behavior directed at Palin by the Left.

(And at Sanford, until Palin upstaged him...)

Everyone, including the author of this piece, is speculating as to why Palin resigned. She had an entire speech to explain her reasoning and couldn't come up with a coherent rationale. George Will said on Sunday that he had listened to her resignation speech twice and still couldn't figure out what her reason for quitting was. I agree. If she isn't capable of explaining what she's doing and why she's doing it...oh, never mind...just one more reason she should never hold high office.

In a more intelligent world people would reminesce instead about Robert McNamara, not Sarah Palin.

DLS - why would we reminisce about McNamara?

He royally screwed up Ford, then went on to an even more disastrous stint as SecDef, and finally made the World Bank one of the most incompetent organizations on the planet.
