The whole wrold, and all the warring factions in that world, are pinning their hopes on one man to change it.<br>Are they serious? Obama is constrained to act in the boxing ring of American politics. He can't step over the ropes, or he will barred from re-entry.</p><p>Instead of a campaign to lobby Obama, I would advise a campaign to lobby all of Washington.
