It is a perverse legacy of illegitimate judicial activism that so many (who ought to know and be better, but obviously can&amp;amp;#39t or won&amp;amp;#39t, and aren&amp;amp;#39t) actually would respect or even tolerate such a question as whether or not a candidate for a judicial position, most importantly on the Supreme Court, should have the "right" ideology, or consider the person&amp;amp;#39s ideology (or personal views, or political preferences, etc.) to matter.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;OK, back to the kids&amp;amp;#39 stuff now.
