The Moderate Voice: Report: U.S. Rejected Israeli Plea For Attack On Iran But Endorsed Covert Action

You aren't insinuating that the C-riminal I-nvasion A-gitators might be behind stirring Iran into a "war-justifying' counter manuever in the Middle East, under the cloak of typical Israeli/Palestine scuffels?

Getting "jews" to kill on the Sabbath and whatnot?

    Well I never! ; )

I have to learn to read like a Liberal.

I could have sworn the statement was 'input from top administration officials such as Defense Secretary Robert Gates', not 'Robert Gates, the only sane member of the Bush administration, talked Bush out of a an attack on Iran by tackling Bush to the ground, putting a gun against his head and threatening to blow it off, as well as anyone else who supported the strike, if Bush approved the operation'.

Easy mistake to make, I guess.

Too bad Gates wasn't Secretary of Defense from the beginning, there might have been at least one sentient voice in that vacuum of reason.
