Many conservative politicians seem to advocate family values, and then proceed to destroy their own families without a second thought. It's between him and his wife and family. He could still be a great congressman or a lousy congressman. No idea. As for the tax payer funded trips, are they legit or not? If no one would write an article if his wife was on the trip, then I don't care if it was his long-time girlfriend or 7 women he picked up from watching Girls Gone Wild videos. It's only a bit relevant if he's also using his legislative power to restrict the affairs of average citizens.
