He certainly isn't "whining" here. In fact, he's doing exactly what I suggested in my posting yesterday. He's mocking the silly nature of our political debate. He says, "I can take it." And then he shoves it off like so much dirt. It's so refreshing to see somebody who just laughs off the idiocy of our politics today.
