Anybody who eats this stuff regularly already knows this. The sugar alcohols ice creams are the most dangerous since it is easy to eat too much of it.

Yeah, for the most part, except when I jumped on the scale after the holidays. Too much of anything is bad for you. Looks like the sugar producers are concerned about their profits.
