i guess I am just a right wing nut............Well those of you who want Camelot back with that Kennedy mistique.........................listen up. How well did blacks do under The Kennedy's? Does anyone here not think every single Kennedy male wasn't a serial womanizier, or a drunk or a drug addict..............When you have royalty, you also have serfs, and servants and all the other people who look up at the Castle but never get an invitation to come in. A lot of name calling on here, but NOT one Obama supporter ever has anything substantive to say...........He makes me feel good, he will change things, he moves me,................gush gush, gush...........Why is it that Obama says the rich do not need higher taxes? Why is it that people on the higher income brackets support him? Do any of you out there think we need to make marijuana legal, because I guess we don't have a drug problem in America???

This man who has never had a real job, born with a silver spoon in his mouth and could not even have found the poor side of Chicago without the help of his slum landlord muslim buddy. He is one the dirtiest polticians in the most dirty political cities, and yet you all think he is "change". It would be funny if it were not so sad. Of course according to cosmoetica I am a racist, because I dare ask questions about the annointed black fake christian, likely muslim savior that everyone is enamored by...........

What is most amazing is the women who back this man. In every picture, every comment, the muslim friends he keeps, and his obvious arrogant attitude he treats women like dirt.........................his friends would put you in vails, and his black muslim friends would keep you quiet and subservient to all males. Just like Oprah who made her fortune promoting womens rights, when it came time to step as a women, she decided that the color of a persons skin was more important than anything else. In South Carolina 80% of blacks voted for the blackman. Gee does anyone ever remember any candidate getting 80% of any group in a election? Actually I do....blacks often vote 80% democratic in elections, but the first time a blackman runs they vote race, race, race...........Obama could put a white hood on his head and blacks would still vote for him...............yes there is racism alive and well in America, and it is coming from the black side of the aisle...........

Anne Richards made the theme "Where is George" famous in Texas politics. Well where is Obama? He is not in California, the word is he is not going to New York, He didn't think the 1.6 million DEM voters who voted in Florida or the several hundred thousand who voted for him even deserved a thanks, Michigan was another no show, a state with the highest unemployment rates in the country. Folks, I think we have been part of a scam. Well Obama, wherever you are, come Wednesday morning it hopefully will be over.
You see when it comes down to it, Barrack cannot take a punch. He never praised Hillary when she won New Hampshire, he avoided Michigan, Florida and now New York. Now that California has gone toward Hillary he has turned-tail and run away. And y’all thought Hillary was weak because she almost shed a tear when the entire media was hammering her 24 hours a day for a week straight. Obama even says that his school yard playmates should not be friends (vote) for Hillary if for some reason he does not win the nomination……..talk about a baby, a spoiled child. All I can say to my black friends is dump this guy before he spoils it for when a real African American Man runs for President.

I can't type Barack's full name because he had clairvoyant abilities and at the time he became a Christian he knew that 20 years hence (or however many) he would need to keep his middle name to become successful with muslim terrorists. You're also right that he grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth, is ashamed of his name (and family) and feels that the Presidency is his right. I see the error of my ways. Thank you so much for setting me on the right path with your irrefutable logic. I defer to your superior military experience and the knowledge your years have given you. If twenty years ago when Obama claims he became a christian, it might have been wise to drop the Hussein middle name and embrace his newly found faith, but of course he did not........why? because later in Chicago politics the Hussein name would help with his black muslim connections which included his buddy Rezcko a a Syrian muslim and Nation of Islam supporter. Barack is his given name. When he was growing up his nickname was Barry. I remember many of the people who were clambering for Obama to run for President wished for him to use his nickname of Barry because it was more palatable (and more "electable") for Americans. Barack stuck with his legal name, rather than use the name he had when younger (the "Americanized" name).

Barack also uses the last name of his natural father. Barack did not take the last name of his mother, nor did he take the name of his mother's second husband (Barack was 5 or 6 when his mom married again). It doesn't matter that Barack doesn't use his middle name. Barack uses the name given to him and he is not ashamed of anything about his background.

Lastly, even if he had legally changed his last name to be that of his mother no one would fault him- after all Barack was 2 when his natural father left him. Barry Dunham is a name much more acceptable to Americans than Barack. But he didn't change his name. I think Barack is very proud of his heritage, his family and his name. Besides, what is there to be ashamed of anyway?

That is saying much more than the husband of Hillary. Bill Clinton wasn't even born a Clinton and only changed his last name later in life (he was 14 years old). And of course "Bill" isn't William Jefferson Clinton's legal name....

So just chill, dude.

It's so sad to read how "first year" boomers are inclined to vote for the "pragmatic" choice. I, as a "last year boomer" (at least that's what the movie theater tells me, I get the cheap tickets now!!!) born in '57, watched as a very young kid as both Kennedys and MLK were assassinated. I saw the firehoses and church bombings in Alabama and Missisppi. I witnessed the carpet bombing of Viet Nam, even as my father served there... Kent State, Woodstock, all the cliche's. And to hear members of the generation that went through all that say we should support the "pragmatic" candidate... Well, it's just an incredibly sad thing to hear.

Don't get me wrong, I respect Hillary and I'll certainly vote for her if that day comes, but my God - what the hell so damaged that generation in the ensuing 35 years that they could no longer see what Obama represents to so many - and so blind to what they have become.

We've done posts about this Muslim "issue." I'm Jewish. Obama is not a Muslim but I would have no problem voting for a Muslim at all if he/;she ran for President and was like the typical Muslims I met when I spent time in Bangladesh and when I lived over in Europe. It would be soooooooo nice in American politics if we could simply debate candidates and their stands on specific issues. But it always seems to boil down to trying to scrounge up whatever someone can do DISCREDIT someone with whom they disagree. You see the same bilge also happening at times with blogs who don't like other blogs or bloggers. American politics has never really been pristine, but with the advent and popularization of talk radio and cable screamfest shows the inclination more than ever has been to try and go after a candidate and destroy them personally. The whole thrust is "you've got to stop so and so from getting into office!" rather than "you've got to help us get this great candidate in office." At risk of upsetting a LOT of TMV readers, as the campaign unfolds I will have my favorites (as we all do) but I don't feel Hillary Clinton, Obama, McCain or Romney would be a threat to our nation in the White House. Now, Britney Spears? THAT would be a threat...and she certainly has practice giving a song and dance, an essential for political candidates these days..

I don't know where you've been getting your information CR, but I suggest you go to the Chicago Tribune for some solid background on Tony Rezko (not Rezcko) since they've been researching and reporting on him longer than anyone else I've heard of. Yup, he's in jail and I'm sure we'll be finding out more about him as time goes on, but from what I've seen he has ties to lots of politicians and from both sides of the aisle too - including fundraising for our own current occupant of the Whitehouse. With that in mind, I would imagine that any ties to terrorist organizations would have been revealed before now. I've yet to read of any, but then I don't go out of my way to obtain news from the whackosphere either. And who cares what anyone's middle name is. Good grief...

Think about this, you are basically accusing a standing U.S. Senator has indirect ties to a dead dictator by way of his middle name. You are also saying the American electorate that has already voted have been duped by this "murderous dictator by way of middle name" name Barack Hussien Obama. Hmm... Well I better tell my sister who married a man who's last name is Hussien to watch out. He may use chemical weapons on her while she sleeps.
