All but a fringe know it is torture (and the fringe who honestly deny it is torture often support it, which is why they&amp;amp;#39re fringey), and the Bush-Cheney legal game-playing was just that, a legalistic campaign, not impugning everyone else, much less the USA, which isn&amp;amp;#39t the Evil Nation among the world some would insist we are.
